SHIPPING POLICY

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

 

Orders will be processed and shipped within 10-14 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on rates. Delivery typically takes anywhere from 1-5 days after shipped. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us if needed a rush order is needed.

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?

The cost of shipping depends upon the size, weight, and distance of shipping from Nevada. A flat rate may be applied at check out if exact rates are not available at that time. Any overages of shipping costs will be returned ASAP.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

 

International shipping is not available at this time.

WHAT ABOUT PICK UP?

 

Please contact us regarding pick up availability. Social distancing protocols will be followed.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER OR GET REIMBURSED FOR DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING? 

 

We reserve the right to replace items of similar at same of higher prices for items ordered that are not currently in stock. Returns are accepted at the customer's expense. Any refunds will be granted after return is received and inspected. Damage during shipping is covered up to the amount already provided by the carrier. Amounts for insurance above that is at the purchaser's request and expense. Refunds for damages may be provided for the insured amounts of package only. Proof of damage will need to be provided.
